How to handle customers who ask for cookies that are not too sweet:

Suggest our shortbread as it is more butter based and will not be as sugary as your normal cookie.  

However, for those who insist that our shortbread is still too sweet... ask them if they want a cracker.  Because any cookie less sweet is basically a cracker.
